Cynthia Brian and Heather Brittany are the charismatic mother/daughter dynamos, STELLA DONNE (star ladies), also known as the Goddess Gals, working together in films, television, radio, commercials, print, and numerous writing endeavors. Their newest venture is the motivational speakers’ circuit where they are being heralded as the hottest game in town.

It’s always been over a cup of steaming tea that these kindred spirits have laughed, cried, strategized, argued, and solved the challenges of daily life. With Cynthia’s bag and Heather’s bag, they always leave room for the honey.

Heather has loved experimenting in the kitchen since childhood. While Cynthia grows the organic vegetables and creates the extravagant tablesettings and decor, Heather "wow's" guests with her creative culinary skills.

Together these two star ladies are s dynamic duo whose enthusiasm, energy, and passion will inspire your group to be the stars of their own lives!

PUMPKIN PUDDING PLEASER

Pumpkin is packed with disease-fighting carotenoids. Enjoy this creamy pudding as a holiday treat !
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 15-ounce can 100% pure pumpkin
1 12-ounce can evaporated nonfat or 2% milk

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Stir in the pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in the evaporated milk. Pour into a shallow oven-proof dish and bake in a preheated 350° F oven for about 40 minutes. Don't over cook.. The center should be slightly wiggly. Cool and enjoy at room temperature or refrigerate for later use.

Serves 8. Per serving: 120 calories, 1.5 g fat, 0.4 g saturated fat.

Persimmon Potion

1-2 Fuju persimmons
Ginger
Lime
Filtered Water

Make sure persimmons are not too ripe. They should be hard like apples, yet sweet. Dice into small pieces. Shave fresh ginger into the water. Squeeze the juice of a whole lime into the mixture. Very pretty for Thanksgiving!

Welcome to Stella Donne-Italian for "the star women" or "star ladies"! That's us- Cynthia Brian and Heather Brittany. We're a mother/daugher team that have been working together since I (Heather Brittany) was just 3 days old! We are touted as being the "Dynamic Duo" and I think that's an apt description. We have three rules-smile, have fun, and be wild and crazy! The ocean, palm trees, and sunsets make us really really happy! We are so blessed to live in California.

You may already know my Momma-Cynthia Brian-she's a New York Times best, plus a zillion other things. She and I co-host a radio program, Starstyle® Be the Star You Are!, we are the advisors/editors of Your Success at Your Life Magazine, and we are on the speaking circuit lecturing at spas and other venues. We write a column called "Tea for Two-A Mother/Daughter Brew" and we just shot a TV pilot for a lifestyle show. Very cool stuff! I have contributed to book anthologies and now I'm writing my own delicious book, "Stella Donne-Sizzling in Stilettos". My philosophy is that in life and in cooking, the secret ingredient is always LOVE. In my book, I'm going to share my lessons with you so you'll feel beautiful, sexy, respected, and embraced by happy emotions.

I know. You are thinking "you stella donne don't have Italian names, so what's up?" Wrong! We are Italian-my Momma more than I, but having grown up with all my lively Italian relatives, it's the side of mia famiglia that I most enjoy! Mom and I are actors and writers so we have stage names or "nom de plume!" Dolce is my pampered princess pooch and she goes everywhere with me. She even contributes to my love of cooking.
